PCD100/PCD200 Series Process Display Panel Meters

Amphenol Wilcoxon’s digital panel meters are versatile and widely used in a variety of process monitoring applications. They accept common process voltages from 1 V to 5 V or ±10 V, currents from 0 mA to 20 mA or 4 mA to 20 mA, 100 Ω RTDs, and the four most common thermocouples. PCD100 and PCD200 series panel meters operate off AC or DC power options: 85 V_AC to 265 V_AC or 12 V_DC to 36 V_DC, and can provide 24 V_DC to power the sensor or transmitter’s 4 mA to 20 mA signal. The panel meters have two alarm points that include front-panel red LEDs to indicate alarm conditions, making them particularly useful for applications requiring visual-only indication. Two relays can be used for alarm or process control applications, and an optional 4 mA to 20 mA output provides isolated retransmission of the temperature input signal.

PCD100 and PCD200 series process displays can be field-programmed via the external button contacts on the front of the panel meter, or they can be programmed remotely with the included PC-based software.

The PCD100 series panel meter's display is four full digits, giving it an advantage over most digital panel meters on the market.

The PCD200 series dual-input process displays with math functions are 1/8 DIN digital panel meters. They display these signals on a dual-line, six-digit display that is available with optional SunBright® sunlight-readable LEDs. The meter can be customized with these two inputs displayed in a variety of ways, including both at the same time with tags or as the result of math functions performed on one or both inputs. PCD200 process displays can be equipped with up to four internal relays, a 4 mA to 20 mA analog output, and Modbus serial communications.
