The SiC MOSFET is used over a IGBT to withstand a voltage of 1,200 V with lower on-resistance while maintaining the necessary high breakdown voltage

TLP5774H is used as a gate driver to realize the high-speed isolated gate drive

TLP7820 is used for isolated sensors such as motor phase current sensors and bus voltage sensors
