The Model BPS230 Humidity Sensor is one of the smallest humidity sensors on the market. It utilizes a high quality, industrial grade MEMS sensor with capacitive technology, paired with a high accuracy temperature sensor. The signals from these two sensors are calibrated and compensated for temperature variants using a SSC (Sensor Signal Conditioning) ASIC. Every component and assembly method has been optimized for long-term stability in order to offer a high quality, high reliability, relative humidity sensor for applications in the industrial, medical and consumer markets.
