Vishay’s Sfernice division has joined the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) program at the sponsoring level. These two companies are collaborating to develop three Microwave Global Models™ for Vishay’s CH series of high-frequency thin-film chip resistors. Modelithics Microwave Global Models are highly accurate equivalent circuit models that each cover an entire component series. They feature substrate, parts value, pad scalability, and accurately predict parasitic effects based on the model parameter settings. The CH series models are available as part of the Vishay MVP free trial library which is available in multiple versions for various EDA simulation tools, including Keysight Technologies’ ADS, AWR Design Environment/Microwave Office™, Keysight Technologies’ Genesys, Ansys® HFSS™, Sonnet® Suites, and Cadence®.
