Image of Panasonic's PhotoMOS® High-Sensitivity Four-Pin SOP Relays Panasonic’s PhotoMOS^® HS SOP 1 Form A relays come equipped in a miniature SOP four-pin package for high-density mounting. These relays need less than half of the LED forward current as other traditional PhotoMOS. This contributes to energy savings and a longer operating life.

PhotoMOS HS SOP 1 Form A relays have load voltages rated at 60 V, 350 V, and 400 V, making them suitable for applications such as test and measurement, security/disaster prevention, and industrial equipment.
