EFR32BG22 Bluetooth Low-Energy 5.2 SoC Family | Datasheet Preview

This family of SoCs, known simply as the BG22, features an ultra-low transmit power of 4.1 milliamps at 0 dBm and a receive power of 3.6 milliamps. The BG22 also includes a high-performance, low-power M33 core which uses 27 microamps-per-megahertz during active mode and 1.2 microamps during sleep mode, thereby making it possible for the IC to extend coin cell battery life beyond five years. Security features include secure boot with RTSL, secure debug with lock and unlock, a true random number generator, and others. Well suited applications include asset tags and beacons, portable medical, Bluetooth mesh low-power nodes, building automation and security, connected homes, and many more.
