Fairchild FDMQ8205 GreenBridge 2 MOSFET | DigiKey Daily

Fairchild Semiconductor offers the FDMQ8205 GreenBridge 2 series of quad MOSFET high efficiency bridge rectifiers. These bridge rectifiers feature lower losses than the typical diode rectifiers, which is highly important in certain applications, particularly and Power over Ethernet Devices. With Low drain to source resistance MOSFETs, the GreenBridge series maximizes available power and voltage while minimizing thermal design problems. In a compact MLP 4.5 by 5 millimeter package, this can fit within any small devices such as IP phones, network cameras, as well as microcells and femtocells. IEE802.3af and at compatible, this meets all detection and classification requirements for Ethernet devices.
