Recovery Rectifiers in CFP15B | Datasheet Preview

The Nexperia Recovery Rectifiers deliver a high power density while minimizing reverse recovery time and loss. Offered in a space-saving automotive qualified copper clip-bond CFP power and flat lead surface mounted device package, these rectifiers offer a true alternative to SMA, SMB, and SMC packages with better thermal performance on a given footprint. The Recovery Rectifiers feature a reverse voltage up to 200 volts with a forward current of up to 5 amps per diode, and ultrafast reverse recovery time of 25 to 30 nanoseconds. The rectifiers are platinum doped for lifetime control and feature a low inductance to optimize switching behavior. A planar die design allows for a low package height around 0.95 millimeters for thin PCB designs. The Nexperia Recovery Rectifiers are well-suited for general purpose rectification, hyperfast switching, solenoid control, piezo-injection, freewheeling applications, and more.
