The modules provide an excellent solution for fast design implementation, scalability, and lower assembly overhead.

The portfolio includes half-bridge, full-bridge, six-pack (three-phase), and T-type configurations, and all are available with the option of pre-applied Honeywell™ PTM6000 series thermal interface material (TIM).

Compared to standard grease solutions, Wolfspeed WolfPACK power modules with pre-applied TIM can reduce the junction temperature by +40°C under the same conditions or increase current capability by 60% due to the reduction in thermal resistance.

Wolfspeed also provides a complete ecosystem of design tools and support, including reference designs, evaluation kits, LTspice and PLECS models, and the ability to complete system-level circuit simulations within the Wolfspeed SpeedFit™ Design Simulator.
