Image of TE Connectivity AMP's Board Level Shields (BLS) TE Connectivity AMP’s (TE) standard BLS portfolio is available on-demand so users can quickly get the parts needed to minimize crosstalk and reduce EMI susceptibility in the application. In addition to standard cold rolled steel (CRS) material, TE’s portfolio includes aluminum material options which are 1/3 the weight. This offers extreme weight savings while still offering similar EMI suppression capabilities. Aluminum options provide up to five times better thermal conductivity than CRS material to help keep a device or system’s shielded components running cooler.
