Li-98 is the latest offering from t-Global Technology's line of thermally conductive attachment tapes. The Li-98 can be used to provide exceptional bonding between electronic components and heat sinks, eliminating the need for mechanical fasteners. These tapes feature a high bond strength with pressure sensitive adhesive, allowing for good adhesion to most surfaces. The Li-98 product also provides excellent thermal conductivity.
