Image of STMicro STM32C5 Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU The STMicroelectronics STM32C59x/5A3 series provides up to 1 MB of Flash memory, 256 KB of RAM, an Ethernet interface, octo‑SPI support, and as many as two FDCAN peripherals. It includes hardware security features such as SAES, SPKA, and HUK, and is available in package options ranging from 32 pins to 144 pins. Prototyping is straightforward with the NUCLEO‑C5A3ZG board and the STM32Cube development ecosystem.
