Renesas’ winning combination reference design for precision tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding controller, also known as gas tungsten arc welding, uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to produce a weld. A variety of industries use TIG welding for high-quality welding purposes, usually on thin metals such as aluminum. Renesas' TIG welding controller solution is a complete DC plus AC/DC TIG programmable welding control system.
