They feature a very small footprint (2.2 mm x 1.4 mm x 1.3 mm / 0805) making it an ideal solution for small scale product assembly that requires higher reliability and luminous intensity. This device can replace the traditional 0805 CHIPLED due to size compatibility. Compared to the 0805 CHIPLED, the 0805 PLCC-2 produces higher light intensity, better thermal management, and longer life. These devices are often used in industrial machine and transportation interior applications.
