Mega-Fit Off-the-Shelf (OTS) Discrete Wire Cable Assemblies

Molex's OTS Mega-Fit cable assemblies come in a variety of cable lengths with compact connectors to support both prototyping and global production. Mega-Fit OTS discrete wire cable assemblies deliver 23.0 A per circuit with a 5.70 mm pitch and offer more power per linear and square millimeter than most midrange power products. Pin-to-pin mapping from the receptacle to PCB header provides ready-to-use, plug-and-play connections. They are assembled in ISO/TS16949-certified facilities and ensures high quality.

The OTS Mega-Fit cable assemblies meet current automotive industry standards. They are available in 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 circuits, and in 1.0 m, 150.00 mm, and 300.00 mm lengths with female-to-female dual-ended connectors. They have a maximum voltage of 600 V, a wire insulation diameter of 4.35 mm, and a wire size of 12 AWG.
