SC series, safety-certified ceramic chip capacitors are designed for EMI filtering of AC line and voltage surge and lightning protection applications in computer networks, modem, facsimile, and other equipment. SC capacitors are certified for safety applications by independent certification agencies TUV and UL.

The SC offering includes four different case sizes in NPO and X7R dielectric materials. SC components are RoHS compliant, surface-mount-ready with barrier terminations and tape-and-reel packaging.
