HR41A Series IP68 Waterproof Small Plastic Power Connectors

Hirose’s HR41A series weather-resistant connectors feature a lightweight and corrosion-resistant plastic body. When in the mated condition, the unique waterproof gasket design prohibits water intrusion while submerged in up to 2 m water depth for 14 days. HR41 series connectors incorporate high lightning surge protection (15 kV), salt spray resistance (no corrosion after 1,500 hours of salt spray), and high withstanding voltage ratings.

Available in either a 3-position flange type or a 5-position bulkhead type, the HR41 series has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, contact resistance of 2 m ohms maximum at 1 A, and insulation resistance of 5,000 M ohms maximum at 500 V_DC.

The 3-position flange type has a withstanding voltage rating of 4,260 V_AC, rated voltage of 400 V_AC/V_DC, and a rated current of 20 A.

The 5-position bulkhead type has a withstanding voltage rating of 2,200 V_AC, rated voltage of 600 V_AC/400 V_DC, and a rated current of 20 A.
