Designed for industrial environments, it supports long cable runs up to 1.7 km and operates over a single twisted pair, making it ideal for retrofitting legacy fieldbus systems with Ethernet connectivity.

This PHY integrates a media access controller (MAC) interface via MII and RMII and includes advanced diagnostic capabilities such as link quality monitoring and cable fault detection. With its compact footprint and low power consumption, the ADIN1101 is well-suited for edge nodes, sensors, and other space-constrained industrial devices.
