Cable Applied Series

The SealJack cable applied series are IP67 rated pre-assembled cable assemblies offered in a variety of lengths. The assemblies can be customized with IP67 and RJ45 ends using CAT5e or CAT6 shielded/unshielded cable. The modular jacks use fast and convenient punch down IDC termination for continuous connection, as well as a load bar and wire aligner for consistent and reliable connections with the cable while a robust IP67 shell ensures environmental factors will not interfere with either data or Power over Ethernet (PoE) transmission. Stewart Connector offers an IP67 rated plug kit for field termination requirements.

Cable Applied Features
  • Circular bayonet style coupling for ease of use and consistent sealing
  • Field termination plug kits include IP67 rated shell, modular RJ45 plug
  • Panel mounted jacks have a punch down block for convenient cable termination
  • Supports Cat5E and Cat6 applications 
  • Supports 10/100Base-T, 1GBase-T, 2.5GBase-T, and 5GBase-T Ethernet
  • The cable assemblies can be provided with dual or single IP67 rated plug terminations

RJ45 Modular Jacks

Moisture and other environmental factors limit the capabilities of electronics in these environments thus requiring a sealed yet reliable connector that protects against such factors. The SealJack modular jacks are based on the reliability of Stewart Connector’s RJ45 jack. Along with a sealed housing design, the SealJack provides reliable connectivity in the most demanding environments. This light and compact sealed design can be used to transmit up to 10GBase-T Ethernet speeds.
