FRSH Series Z1 Foil Chip Resistors

The FRSH series from VPG Foil Resistors is a high-precision surface-mount resistor line built on Z1 Foil technology and is designed for demanding high-temperature and high-power environments. Offered in chip sizes from 0603 to 2512, this series features extended terminations for enhanced heat dissipation, enabling continuous operation up to +225°C.

With a typical temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±2.5 ppm/°C from -55°C to +200°C, tolerances down to ±0.02%, and a resistance range of 10 Ω to 125 kΩ, the FRSH series is engineered for stability in thermal and electrical stress conditions. Its construction and foil element design support up to 1,200 mW at +70°C and 330 mW at +200°C, depending on the chip size.

The FRSH series is tested to MIL-PRF-55342 standards and shows excellent results across key performance metrics such as load life, thermal shock, and high-temperature exposure, making it suitable for aerospace, oil and gas, precision instrumentation, and industrial controls.
