RL78/G15 has a high-speed on-chip oscillator with high-precision. Three grades are made available for various application needs: the A-version supports -40°C to +85°C, the G-version supports -40°C to +105°C, and the M-version supports -40°C to +125°C. In the M-version, the HOCO accuracy is ±1% at -20°C to +85°C. Furthermore, the A-version also has a ±2% accuracy at all temperature and voltage ranges.
