Shown here is the package lineup. The RL78/G15 expands low pin count lineup with one of the smallest 8-pin packages and the G15 covers an area that other products do not have. For example, the G10 has only up to 4kB code Flash and 10-pin minimum package but the G15 can cover and extend that area. The smallest package size is 3mm x 3mm, 8-pin WDFN. Furthermore, G15 is pin-compatible with the RL78/G10 and G12.
