PIMC/PIMN/PIMP Series High-Performance Resistor-Equipped Transistors
Nexperia transistors are a comprehensive solution for efficient circuit design and reliable performance
The PIMC, PIMN, and PIMP series from Nexperia are advanced resistor-equipped transistors (RETs) designed to simplify circuit design and enhance performance in automotive and industrial applications. Each device integrates built-in resistors, reducing component count and pick-and-place costs while ensuring high reliability and robustness. The automotive-qualified variants (denoted by the "-Q" suffix) meet AEC-Q101 standards and feature side-wettable flanks for automated optical inspection (AOI). These RETs are available in compact DFN2020-6 (SOT1118) and DFN2020D-6 (SOT1118D) packages, offering a space-saving solution for modern electronic designs. With a maximum collector current of 500 mA and a collector-emitter voltage of 50 V, these transistors are ideal for digital applications, control of IC inputs, and switching loads. The PIMC series includes NPN/PNP pairs, the PIMN series features dual NPN transistors, and the PIMP series offers dual PNP transistors, providing versatile options for various circuit requirements.
