Tensility understands that however the cables are used; prototype, production or child’s science project, they have to work all of the time. In the notes section of Tensility’s specification sheet lists that there will be, “no open, no reversed polarity, no short circuit, and not INT.” This means that there will be no broken electrical connections, the part will be wired the way the wiring diagram states, no wires will be electrically crossed, and finally, the cable will not have any intermittent electrical connections that cause it to fail occasionally. Tensility tests a sample of every shipment to ensure that the cables will meet all of these requirements.
