This circuit uses the PGOOD pin to control the enable pin of Device2. When the voltage at VOUT1 reaches approximately 95% of its final value, the PGOOD pull down FET will turn off and the voltage will rise to EXTVCC (2.7V) to enable Device2. The PGOOD pin can also be used to sequence loads that have a RESET or ENABLE input.
