This is the block diagram of RZ/V2M. The main feature of RZ/V2M is that it is equipped with Renesas' proprietary AI accelerator, DRP-AI. This device is developed in 14 nm process technology, so it is good at low power consumption. Also, it has two Cortex-A53 and the maximum operating frequency is 1.0 GHz. The other major feature is Camera ISP. This hardware supports up to 4 K resolution and many kinds of image quality improvement functions. Also, it supports video codec that can use H.264 and H.265, and H.265 codec supports up to 4 K resolution. It is equipped Gigabit Ethernet, PCI express, SD card interface to satisfy the mandatory requirement for AI equipped products. The RZ/V2M comes in 15 mm square FCBGA package with 841pins with 0.5 mm pin pitch.
