PhotoMOS relays include VSSOP and SON options for maximum space savings in vertical and horizontal packages. SOP and DIP are standard footprints, while SIL and Power DIP offer the highest load current ratings up to 6 A and a maximum load voltage across the model lineup is 1500 V. The I/O isolation ranges from a basic level of 200 to 2500 V, up to 5000 V in reinforced models.
