MACOM’s MADP-042305 device is an HMIC fabricated, surmount PIN diode with a total capacitance of 0.14pF and a frequency range of 50MHz to 6,000MHz. This device features silicon nitride passivation along with polymer scratch protection. The MADP-042305 offers a resistance of 1.3 Ohms and provides low parasitic capacitance and inductance, and high average and peak power handling. The performance graph in the lower right-hand corner shows the product's capacitance at 1GHz (ORANGE). The MADP-042305 is targeted for aerospace and defense and ISM applications.
