The MASW-004103 is an SP4T, surmount, broadband, monolithic switch using four sets of series and shunt connected PIN diodes, which operates in a 50MHz to 20GHz frequency range. This device has a low insertion loss of 0.8dB and high isolation of 50dB. The Input IP3 on this device is at 63dBmW. It is a surface mountable switch configured for optimized performance and offers a distinct advantage over MMIC, beam lead and chip and wire hybrid design. The performance graph here in the lower right corner shows the product's insertion loss (@20mA – 10V). The MASW-004103 is targeted for aerospace and defense and ISM applications.
