Advanced Energy Xgen Configurable Power Supplies - Slide4

The Advanced Energy PowerPac converts AC mains power to an intermediate bus voltage. All inputs have power factor correction. The PowerPac contains an input board, aluminum case, and fan assembly. There are a wide variety of PowerPacs for specific needs including UL 60601 industrial, UL 2601 medical, high temperature, and extended power application versions. The supplies have an 8-pin Molex connector which provides AC fail, Inhibit/Enable, and optional fan fail and thermal warnings. There is also a power good LED and a 5V 250mA bias supply, which is on as long as power is applied to the input mains. PowerPacs meet strict EMI and radiated emissions standards including Level B.
