The designer can prepare a prototype quickly using the FX3 development kit. In the end, the FX3 HD video solution is miniaturized into a compact industrial camera design like the one shown. To get started, obtain the HD 720p Camera kit by following the instructions online. Next download and install the FX3 SD kit on a PC. Read AN75779, the application note on Interfacing an Image Sensor with FX3 in a UVC framework. Then run the example code discussed in the application note to start a camera design.
