Image of ROHM's KDZ Series Zener Diodes ROHM's KDZ series of compact Zener diodes features high 1 W power capability and ESD resistance equivalent to conventional products but in a smaller size. This 1 W rating is offered in the 2616 size, which is a 67% reduction in mounting area than that of 4526 size diodes. These diodes also feature improved heat dissipation characteristics.
