Nexperia released automotive qualified medium-power transistors in DFN2020D, aimed at applications that require external ballast transistors for linear voltage regulation, constant current sources, loasdwsitches or amplification in general with higher power dissipation capabilities. The devices shown here in the table are 100% electrical crosses to the conventional medium power transistors in SOT223 and SOT89 package (BCP- and BCX- series), making sure they function on a multitude of Processors or System Basis Chips based designs.
