The AXP family of logic supports applications where the core voltage supply is between 0.7 and 2.75 V. The AXP family’s input buffers are fully compliant to JEDEC VIH and VIL standards. AXP offers extremely high performance for low voltage applications, while maintaining a low power dissipation relative to competitive solutions within the market. A typical propagation delay of 4.5 ns can be achieved at a core voltage supply of only 1.2 V. AXP supports -40 to 85 degrees celsius operation and full Q100 Automotive qualification grade.
