LT3015-Slide5

The LT3015 offers a 1.5A version to complement the high-performing LT1175 (500mA) and LT1185 (3A), and also serves as a negative version of the LT1963A (1.5A) LDO regulator. When compared to the older LT1175 and LT1185, the LT3015 offers: wider input voltage range (down to -1.8V minimum), wider output voltage range (down to -1.22V minimum), lower dropout voltage, dual shutdown/UVLO pin functionality and a broad package selection.
