PSoC 4100 and 4200 Programmable System-on-Chip Slide 11

The 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 system, included in a PSoC 4 design, is a substantial upgrade from legacy 8-bit and 16-bit systems. As shown here on the Bar slide graph, it processes three-times faster than competitor six and forty-five-times faster than competitor one. This allows the ARM Cortex-M0 to spend more time in sleep modes which reduces power consumption. The PSoC 4 also has programmable analog and digital blocks that integrate AFEs and digital glue logic.
