New features include an SD/MMC/SDIO controller, Octal/Quad-SPI memory controller, 10/100 Ethernet MAC, CAN bus controller, highly robust capacitive sensing, and enhanced alpha blending graphics engine.

  • Ultra-low energy operation: 77 μA/MHz in active mode (EM0), 1.6 μA EM2 deep sleep current (16 kB RAM retention and RTCC running from LFRCO)
