Image of Littelfuse's LS0504EDD12 Series Protection IC (eFuse) Littelfuse's LS0504EDD12 is a compact, low R_ON load switch with an input voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. It can support a maximum continuous current of 4 A. The LS0504EDD12 comes with complete built-in overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection. It provides an accurate enable threshold that allows users to program input undervoltage lockout (UVLO) threshold through an external resistor divider network. It has a built-in 8 Ω resistor for quick output discharge when disabled.
